Especially sea crabs, when you eat, you will notice a taste of nature, but you need to pay attention to whether you are allergic to crabs.

So how do you pick sea crabs?


Look at the crab shell.

The back of the shell is black and green with light, and it is thick and strong; the back of the shell is yellow and mostly thin.


Look at the navel.

Most of the navels were protruding, and all of them were full of fat;


Look at the cheetah.

Where the villi are clustered on the cheeks, the chews are old and healthy; while the chews have no villi, they are weak and weak.


Look at vitality.

Rotating the crab, with the abdomen facing the sky, which can be quickly turned back with lame feet, is strong and can be stored; if it is not turned back, the vitality is poor, and the storage time cannot be long.


Look at the male and female.

Female crabs are selected in August and September of the lunar calendar, and male crabs are selected after September, because the male and female crabs mature in these two periods and have the best nutrition.

If there is enough crab cream, the tail end of the crab is full or bulged.


If the crab paste is bright, red on both sides of the crab navel (commonly known as “red seal” in the line) is a good crab.

Preservation method: Select vigorous crabs, prepare a plastic bucket / pot with a height of 30-50 cm, put the crabs in it and do not nest them; then add water to half the height of the crab body to moisturize it. Do not bury the crab.

Because you are unlikely to have an aerator, crabs will suffocate and die of hypoxia if the water is too deep.

Buckets / basins do not need to be covered. Check the crabs every day and eat the crabs with insufficient vitality in time. Use this method to store hairy crabs. When the temperature is not high, the crabs can be stored for more than 5 days.
